Stays are from Saturday to Saturday and prices include: use of electricity, water and gas; bed linen and towels changed weekly (in summer and on request, towels can also be changed in mid-week), final cleaning (excluding kitchenette, to be cleaned by guests), Dolomiti Paganella Card, 1 assigned parking space in the garage and Wi-Fi.

The price does not include the local Tourist Tax of 1.50 Euro/day per person, for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. Children under 14 are exempt from payment.

Booking confirmation

To finalize the reservation, we require a “confirmation down payment” (30% of the total booking value) to be made within 7 days, unless otherwise agreed with Management.
